OCCUPATIONAL/CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING

This course is designed to expose learners to different career and guidance techniques, the challenges associated with it and how to help clients come out/cope with those challenges. The course aims at; ?Providing students/learners with knowledge and skills in handling clients faced with occupation and or career choice challenges. ?Expose students/learners to various issues associated with career guidance as well as career theories and how they are applied in counseling. ?Providing students/learners with knowledge about organization theory as well as career change in mid-life and how they relate to occupation and career guidance and counseling.
