ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

The scope for the examination of behavior in organizations is very wide and complex. There is a multiplicity of interrelated factors which influence the behavior and performance of people, as members of work organizations. People and organizations need each other and most importantly the manager should learn and understand the main influences of behavior in work organizations. How people?s behaviors affect and effect the achievement of organizational goals. It?s due to the above fact, that the students taking the above degree be given a chance to study organizational psychology. The course is designed to create awareness to students the importance and effect organizational psychology at work places.
