BEDS2226 INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT
This course provides an over view of the subject matter, major concepts, and philosophical, theoretical and methodological approaches of the field of International Relations. The course aims to give students analytical skills to write and speak critically about international issues and their impact on development. The courseaims to help students connect the practical reality with the academic study of international relations,makes that connection by focusing on the core historical subject-matter of IR, modern sovereign states and the international relations of the state system.
