ARCH-6271 Design Research
Course start date: 11 Jan 2021
This course seeks to engage students in the exploration of design as research, and an essential component of the development of architectural propositions. The course seeks to support students in becoming critical consumers and producers of research as architects. Students review a number of traditional and formalised methods for undertaking and disseminating the findings of such inquiries, appropriate to the subject under investigation. The end goal is to generate an appreciation of the value of research as an integral part of architecture.
