QM 2020-SEMI Quantitative methods 2020-SEMI

This course introduces students to ideas of mathematical tools often used for problem-solving in day-to-day running of an organization or a business. Each topic covered will be demonstrated by practical examples as applied in the real business world.
Therefore the course is not meant to turn students into mathematician experts but to enable appreciate the the real practical value of the techniques involved which focus on the business application rather than the theory behind them.
