This course introduces the students to legal formation (birth),management (lifespan of business) and dissolution (death) of a business. The course introduces specific legal regimes that manage specific business vehicles, expectations of shareholders visa-vi legal requirements and state demands at large.

Law of business organizations empowers students with legal advice in regard to business, helping clients who may be confused on how to deal with business legally as well as maximizing profits.

Lastly, it trains them to think logically and critically on resolving disputes that arise out of business dealings. This calls them to weigh before embarking on a certain business venture, what are the pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages of engaging into a particular business and how viable is it to the client.
