This course is an educational foundation course.
Education is a social human process and activity intended for the socialization and development of the human person in order to fit in and develop society. Without quality education, how can a human person attain holistic development, and how can society attain socio-cultural, political, economic, and moral/spiritual transformation? In this social context, therefore, the Sociology of Education (course) will discuss the symbiotic relationship between education and society. |
