Course Description
This course intends to originate versatile school administrators, managers and leaders to support schools and nation in unlocking its human capital development potential. The course presents to the students the basic themes and research involving educational administration, management and leadership. It therefore involves discussion of issues like: Educational / schools Administration, management and leadership; elements of schools administration; and skills and techniques to the employment in carrying out effective schools administration.
