INTRODUCTION TO PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN

This course is designed to create a management perspective of the core tasks and challenges required to effectively manage procurement and supply chains. It deals with the integration of information and material flows across multiple organizations in the supply chain. By managing functional areas such as customer services, transportation and order processing as an integrated unit, a firm can gain a strategic advantage in competency and be a strong contributor to successful supply chain management.
