Brief course description
The Business Excellence and Integrity course introduces students to the concept and value of Business ethics as the modern managerial approach to ethical questions in the business environment. Successful corporations depend on sound business decisions emphasized by ethical values. This course provides students not only an understanding of main theoretical concepts, but also developing skills of identification and analysis of ethical dilemmas in a workplace and managing ethics in organizations. Thus course provides students the chance to explore issues that commonly arise in the business world, reflect on their values, and then determine ethical principles contributing to business excellence and integrity and sustainability.
We will analyze case studies to explore key ethical principles and the various ways in which business practitioners and ethical theorists address the issues that commonly arise in the business world. This course assist students understand how excellence and integrity contributes to competitiveness and sustainability of corporations.
