In this course, students will learn how to develop and use teaching and learning resources in agriculture. The course will specify duties and responsibilities of an agriculture teacher, duties and responsibilities of the Head of Agriculture department, integration of resources such as ICTs in the teaching and learning of Agriculture and Assessment in Agriculture. The course reviews the outline of the structure of the agriculture syllabus in the secondary school curriculum; then proceeds to sourcing, development and management of agricultural resources in a school setting; application of practical skills; assessment and evaluation in Agriculture education. The course is participatory. Students should be creative and search for information about related content from other courses.
