Business is the nerve of society; it affects our individual and social lives positively if done ethically and vice versa. This shows the necessity to apply ethics to business which is the rationale of this course which examines issues and conflicts that typically arise in business that have ethical overtone: the way employers treat their employees, the obligations of employees towards their employers, and the ways businesses owners ought to treat their competitors, their customers, their society, and even their environment. All centers around the application of ethical virtues in business activities.
