The course helps the students to understand the law relating to transference of property in chattels and goods. Following the passing of a new Act in 2018 which included the supply of services under the scope of sale of goods, the content of the course has been accordingly revised to reflect this change.
Furthermore, the law of hire purchase has been introduced as a topic under this course in recognition of the fact that hire purchase transactions are closely linked to sale of goods transactions and it is only logical that the two are discussed in the same context.
